Our approach
We aim to make public information and forms usable with keyboards, readable labels and focus indicators, responsive text and zoom, sufficient contrast, and reduced-motion preferences. Important information and form status must remain understandable without animation.
Target and review scope
The public website targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a design and testing target, not an independent certification or a claim that every page and external document has demonstrated full conformance.
The documented public-interface review dated 3 October 2026 covers responsive layouts, keyboard navigation, form labels and error focus, reduced motion, small-screen reflow and 200% browser zoom using browser and automated checks. Linked PDFs and external services may have different accessibility limitations; a complete screen-reader/conformance assessment is not claimed.
Report a barrier or request another format
Email info@dynamicsolvents.co.za or call 021 873 9008 to report a barrier or ask for another way to obtain information. Describe the page and problem; include your browser or assistive technology if useful. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
These contact channels provide assistance with an enquiry, document or public-interface barrier. Chijioke Agina, COO and Information Officer, receives accessibility/document-access concerns through the same route and coordinates the appropriate response. No fixed resolution deadline is promised.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is considered when content and features change. Public information should remain readable without animation, and downloads should be accompanied by a meaningful description and assistance route.
This statement takes effect on 3 October 2026. The Information Officer coordinates document-access concerns; the company reviews the public interface as it changes and publishes material updates and assessment scope here.
