Information and purposes
We process enquiry and quote details to respond to requests; applicant contact details and CVs to assess the named vacancy; and account, operational and security information for authorised services. Required fields are needed for the relevant request; optional fields can be left blank. The privacy policy explains sources, lawful grounds, recipients, foreign transfers and retention. Submitting a form does not confirm cargo acceptance or employment.
Retention follows the Privacy policy: non-converted enquiries normally 12 months; unsuccessful applications six months; completed transport and core commercial records seven years; routine company-controlled access logs 90 days. Start dates, successful employment records, notification/device/backup criteria, legal holds and the Information Officer’s quarterly review are set out in the full schedule.
Operators, transfers and safeguards
The configured website uses Sites/Cloudflare hosting and Supabase authentication, database and protected storage. Transactional email delivery supports Resend when configured. Operators working on our behalf must use appropriate written arrangements and safeguards.
The configured Supabase database region is Frankfurt, Germany, and the configured Resend sending domain uses Ireland. Distributed hosting and other support, subprocessor, scanner and backup locations require provider-specific verification. Foreign transfers must meet an applicable POPIA section 72 condition. The Information Officer maintains the operator/transfer review; publication does not certify completion of all provider agreements.
Access, correction, deletion, objection and consent
You may ask whether personal information is held, request access, ask for correction/deletion on POPIA grounds, object where applicable, or withdraw consent when it is the processing basis. Identify the information concerned; proportionate identity or authority verification may be needed.
Confirmation, objections and correction/deletion requests are free; a lawful prescribed charge may apply to copies or descriptions and must be explained in advance.
