Essential-only operation
This public website uses no optional analytics or advertising cookies. Essential hosting protection may set a Cloudflare security cookie. Essential cookies also support authorised sign-in when requested, and browser storage records your cookie-notice choice. Requested driver features also use device storage for offline assignments and reports.
These technologies do not authorise unrelated tracking. Browsing public information and sending an enquiry do not require an advertising or analytics cookie.
Technologies, names and duration
The table below describes the notice-choice record and storage used by requested secure features. Authentication names include the project's identifier. Private features create storage only when used; their exact cookie expiry depends on the active session configuration.
The public notice record is checked for version and expiry on reading. Clearing browser site data removes it; blocking storage leaves an in-memory fallback for the visit. Notice choices remain valid for 180 days. Requested authentication and device storage follow their active access/session configuration and the retention criteria described below.
The hosted public site was observed setting __cf_bm for security. Cloudflare describes this cookie as expiring after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. See the hosting provider’s cookie documentation for its purpose and handling. This is hosting protection, not optional analytics or advertising.
| Storage | Purpose and trigger | Duration and browser controls |
|---|---|---|
| ds.cookie-choice.v1 | Remembers acknowledgment of this notice or refusal of optional cookies. No identity is included. Created by: Accept or Decline. | Choice validity: 180 days. Invalid, changed-version or expired records do not suppress the notice. Browser site-data controls can remove the record. The notice can reappear; public browsing remains available with a visit-only fallback. |
| __cf_bm (hosting security cookie) | Cloudflare uses this cookie on the hosted site to distinguish automated traffic and protect the service against abuse. It is delivered with HttpOnly and Secure attributes. Created by: Visiting the hosted site when its security protection requires the cookie. | Expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity, according to Cloudflare. The observed hosted response also set a 30-minute expiry. Blocking or clearing can lead to additional hosting security checks. Accept or Decline does not switch essential hosting protection on or off. |
| sb-…-auth-token and related sign-in cookies | Authenticates invited users and supports secure sign-in/session continuity. Created by: Requested authorised sign-in. | Depends on the active session configuration, sign-out and browser clearing. Exact runtime expiry remains under verification. Blocking or clearing may prevent sign-in or end the browser session. |
| ds_driver_session / ds_external_assignment | Provides access to an authorised driver task or remembers the selected external assignment. These cookies are HttpOnly and use SameSite Strict; HTTPS delivery uses Secure. Created by: Redeeming an authorised driver task link or selecting an authorised assignment. | Expires with the granted task or assignment access. Signing out clears these cookies. Clearing removes task or assignment access in this browser; operations may need to provide a new access link. |
| ds-driver-v1 (IndexedDB) | Keeps driver reports and settings, including queued work and unsent proof for requested offline use. Created by: Authorised driver use. | Until successful synchronization or authorised export, reconciliation and safe disposal. Review unsynchronised work after seven days; do not erase unsent proof automatically. Clearing may remove unsent work. Preserve or export it before clearing a shared device. |
| ds-driver-shell-v3 (Cache Storage) | Caches the driver interface so requested offline features can open without a connection. Created by: Driver interface and service worker use. | Until browser clearing or replacement by a newer interface-cache version. Old interface caches are removed when a new service worker activates. Clearing can make the driver interface unavailable offline until it loads again online. |
| ds-driver-logout (local storage) | Coordinates pending driver sign-out across tabs. A temporary ds-driver-storage-check record tests whether browser storage is available and is immediately removed. Created by: Driver sign-out and local storage checks. | The pending sign-out marker is removed after successful sign-out; a failed request keeps it for retry. Clearing a pending marker can interrupt the local sign-out retry. End the session before clearing data on a shared device. |
| dynamic-solvents-sidebar-hidden:<user ID> | Remembers the signed-in workspace user's sidebar display preference. It does not track public browsing. Created by: Changing the workspace sidebar display. | Until that preference changes or the browser's site data is cleared. Clearing resets the sidebar preference and does not remove business records. |

Accept and Decline
Accept acknowledges this essential-storage notice. Decline records that you do not want optional technologies. Both keep this site essential-only; neither changes your account settings nor authorises future analytics or advertising.
Choose Cookie settings in the footer to reopen the controls and change your choice. The choice expires after 180 days. A changed notice version or invalid/expired record may cause the notice to appear again. Neither button deletes unrelated sign-in or offline work.
Browser controls and external destinations
Your browser can block or remove cookies and stored site data. Blocking authentication or clearing driver data can affect requested sign-in or offline reports. The public enquiry forms do not need a tracking cookie. Links to WhatsApp or Google Drive open another service, whose own notices apply there; those links are not embedded analytics or advertising on this site.
Changes and contact
Introducing an optional technology would require a fresh review and updated notice before activation. A previous Accept would not authorise it. This policy was revised on 3 October 2026.
